Rain Lauth has been a vital member of the RAD team since 2008. Rain has seven years of experience in production planning, process optimization, material selection, and operations management, and he has an Industrial Engineering degree. Finding missing heirs, executing exhaustive asset searches, and doing in-depth financial assessments for both individuals and businesses are her areas of expertise. Her unwavering attention to detail and strategic approach have made it possible for RAD to flourish, thus enabling Lauth Investigations to enter new, important markets including Colorado, Arizona, Iowa, and Florida. Her drive and flexibility have been essential to increasing RAD's efficiency in discovering assets and providing outstanding client outcomes.

Susie Berglund is the Director of Case Management within RAD. Her role is ever changing, however, she focuses heavily on talking to claimants to determine if they are the correct heir(s), gathering necessary documents to be submitted to the state, and then following up with the state in order to close the claim. She also assists in closing out old claims, whether that be by sending in a death certificate to the state or drafting an affidavit for explanation to the state.

Michelle Pyatt is a seasoned Marketing Manager with a diverse background in marketing and administration across various industries, including legal, hospitality, education and recruitment. She holds an MBA in Marketing from Regis University, a BA in International Business from Fort Lewis College, and an AAS in Paralegal Studies from Front Range Community College. Michelle is recognized for her dedication, critical thinking, and strong organizational skills, along with her passion for helping others. In her free time, she cherishes time spent in sunny Florida with her husband, their three children and Bassett Hound.

Mary Nichols has 30 years of experience as a Senior Account Manager working in the medical, financial and educational fields. Her diverse industry background is valuable as a researcher, and she has exceptional listening, customer service and problem-solving skills. She is a graduate of Virginia Tech (Go Hokies) with a Bachelors in Resource Management.
She has an interest in genealogy, and is working on a Genealogy Certificate. Her outside interests include spending time with her family in Smithfield, Virgina. Special members of Mary's family include her two grandson's Arthur and Leon and her own furry friends, Moose, Ozzy and Maizy. Long early morning walks in Castle Park are a favorite exercise.
