“I would like to let you know what a wonderful experience we had. When we first got the call, we thought it was a scam but decided to return her phone call just in case it was for real. When I called the claim researcher the first time, I didn’t realize where I was calling, and it was very late at night for your time zone. She was very pleasant and provided as much information as she could (being as I know I woke her up). She agreed to speak with my wife the next day, as I wouldn’t be available. From that first call on, she was always very timely to respond to calls and able to provide any information I requested.
